Challenge: Speak your spouse's love language

Find out your spouse's love language (words of affirmation, quality time, physical touch, acts of service, or gifts) and do one intentional act based on it.

Bible Verse:

1 John 3:18, "Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth."

Reflection Questions:

1. What is your spouse’s primary love language, and how can you be more intentional in expressing love this way?

2. How do you feel when your love language is met?

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

Show me what my spouse's love language is and help me to find just the right way to tap into that love language. work in their heart to see that I am loving them in their love language.
