I have found that a great way to get through things is to journal. I have a journaling app on my phone and random notebooks around for me to be able to get my thoughts out of my mind. Getting your feelings and emotions out on a sheet of paper can help you to look at them from a different angle. Seeing your words on paper can either solidify your feelings or they can make you think a little more clearly such as maybe realizing what you have put at a level 10 is really a level 4.
Even if you don't have something solid you want to write about in your current situation you can use journaling prompts just to get your head in a different space. There are some great apps and books that will give you a daily or weekly prompt such as "What is one place you'd like to visit and why". These prompts can help you get out of your head and your mind on better things.
