Last night was an experiment with dinner kind of night and it was an absolute WIN! My inspiration was Baklava which is a greek dessert but I transformed it into a savory dish for dinner.

Ingredients:
- 1 Package of Phyllo Dough/Puff Pastry sheets
- 5 pre-baked with seasonings of choice boneless chicken thighs cut up into cubes
- 1 Package of Portobello mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 Cup of sun dried tomatoes sliced
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Cup melted butter
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375
Brush some butter on your deep sheet pan (Just enough to coat the bottom)
Lay half the package of puff pastry dough sheets
Brush butter on top of the dough sheets
Spread on your filling (I used shredded mozzarella, chopped pre baked chicken thighs, sun dried tomatoes, and sliced mushrooms) Feel free to experiment with this part!
Layer the rest of the dough sheets about 3-5 at a time brushing butter on each layer
With a sharp knife cut into serving size squares
Bake for 45minutes
Enjoy this dish hot out of the oven!
